The Master Sonic 500 is a washing machine that uses the most advanced ultrasonic technology for total cleaning of your equipment at the touch of a button.
Post-harvest equipment accumulates debris and dirt from processed plants caused by intensive use. Cleaning is essential for proper operation and EU GMP requirements. By adding a Master Sonic 500 to your production line, cleaning and maintenance tasks will be much simpler and faster, increasing productivity, safety and efficiency.
It is capable of cleaning any component in less than 5 minutes, compared to the several hours needed to clean by hand. In addition, it only requires one operator, who can perform other tasks while the Master Sonic 500 takes care of the cleaning in an automated way, thus obtaining maximum performance in the process thanks to its ultrasonic technology.
