Precision Trimming
with Fully Adjustable Morphology-Adaptive System
Designed to adapt to every flower’s morphology and strain thanks to its inclination tilt and speed regulators. Our system delivers unmatched precision and premium-quality trimming thanks to its three independent regulators for the tumbler, blades, and aspiration system.
The machine’s inclination is determined by a pneumatic stainless steel piston. It allows adjustment and control of the time flowers spend inside the barrel, and offers more than 10 available positions, all without any complex electrical systems.
C-TECH CUTTING SYSTEM
The C-TECH Cutting System is an innovative industrial solution designed to replicate the precision and care of traditional hand-cutting techniques. Engineered for efficiency and reliability, it ensures gentle handling of flowers, preserving their natural shape, color, and freshness.
Each barrel is equipped with a cutting system composed of 3 blades, providing perfect and precise trimming results. The blades offer complete flexibility, allowing full compatibility with the rotating blades. This enables processing large volumes without compromising quality, making it ideal for industrial-scale operations.
Maximum safety for the operator
The system features dual safety detectors on top and side covers, an emergency stop, stainless steel protective covers to protect the operator from the cutting mechanisms, and thermal motor protection in case of overheating.

ASPIRATION SYSTEM

Equipped with a 7.5 kW vacuum system that uses medium-pressure centrifugal fans and a single-suction enclosure with a six-blade straight steel turbine, delivering powerful airflow for optimal removal of residual material.
As it is separated, it avoids overheating caused by the motor in the cutting area, preventing possible temperature damage your flowers.
