The cannabis trimmer MT Tumbler 500 MED is created for large growers and licensed producers with medicinal uses. It is designed and manufactured in our facilities in Europe, where we always work under CE quality standards and the most demanding regulations, incorporating to the MT Tumbler 500 MED the technology, design, materials and finishes in stainless steel, complying with the most demanding food and EU GMP requirements.
The MT Tumbler 500 MED is made entirely of stainless steel in all parts where product gets into contact. This material is also used in other parts such as the top cover, pulleys, bearings, handles, knobs and so on.
Its top quality desing makes it unique to be used for processing medical cannabis in compliance with the most demanding EU GMP quality standards.

DO YOU TRIM WET OR DRY?
Trim wet and dry in a matter of seconds by simply changing the barrel and without the need for tools. The parts where the flowers pass through and come into contact with the flowers in both barrels are made entirely of stainless steel.
Usually, the fresh barrel is included as standard, if you need the dry barrel or both options, do not hesitate to contact us.
Avoid cross-contamination.
Each barrel is laser engraved with the serial number of the trimmer, thus avoiding the possibility of cross-contamination and the perfect matching of the barrel with your trimmer, ensuring traceability.

Safety system
The MT Tumbler 500 MED is equipped with a safety system that ensures the protection of the operator at all times. Its design comprises a double safety detector: in the top cover and in the side cover. The integrated detectors cause the machine to come to a complete stop if the Tumbler is opened during operation, preventing a possiSble occupational accident due to misuse of the item.
Waterproof
The basic maintenance of the trimmer takes a maximum of 10 minutes and requires no tools. All parts of the MT Tumbler 500 MED are waterproof, which means that the machine can be thoroughly cleaned with hot pressurised water with complete peace of mind and disinfected afterwards with Master Clean in its entirety.

The design of the MT Tumbler 500 MED allows it to be joined with another of its model, increasing production while maintaining quality and safety for medicinal use.
With two units of the MT Tumbler 500 MED, the addition of one rail plus the input and output conveyor belts, we constitute the MT Tumbler 500 MED Full System, a complete fully automated production system, which will help you to increase production to more than 55 kg/h.
