Through a digital control panel, you can manage all the features of the machine, adjusting the desired agitation speed and water flow direction according to the needs of each extraction. Remember, handling fresh or dry product is not the same, and the quantity being processed will determine the operating mode for each extraction cycle.

From this intuitive interface, you can adjust the water flow direction and the desired time to adapt the process to the specific needs of each production. In addition, you can regulate the speed of the agitation blades to achieve the best performance at each stage of the process. Its technology also allows the recording of customised programmes, giving you the flexibility to store and reuse tailor-made set-ups for future productions, optimising efficiency and output for each use. Set up to ten different programmes, with ten possible steps per process, fully customisable!

FULL TRICHOME PRESERVATION
Through an advanced filtration system and precise temperature control, pure and consistent concentrates are obtained automatically and with the greatest guarantee of preservation. Its cold extraction technology meticulously preserves the delicate trichomes of the plant, ensuring a final product of exceptional purity and flavour. Solventless, the process is completely natural, achieving superior quality results.
The agitation tank is fitted with a submersible protective screen, which is positioned when the plant material and ice layers are introduced. Placed at the top of the tank, its function is to preserve the product before the start of each cycle, when the matter is preserved for a few moments in an initial phase prior to agitation. This simple step ensures that all the components of the cannabis are preserved as much as possible before subsequent agitation and filtering.
In addition, the MX ICE 500 MED includes a stainless steel safety chamber strategically placed at the bottom of the extraction tank. This safety chamber is designed to preserve and protect the precious trichomes during the agitation process, thus preventing their dispersion and ensuring the integrity of the extraction.

YOUR BUBBLE HASH, STEP BY STEP
THE BEST CANNABIS RESIN, WITHIN YOUR REACH!
1. Filling
Fill the extraction tank with a layer of ice, a layer of cannabis plant material and another layer of ice. Finally, add filtered or low EC content water to cover the ice. Place the submersion disk and allow the added product to soak. Before you start shaking, remove it.
2. Agitation
Through the digital control panel, adjust the speed (RPM) and direction of water flow as required. Agitation cycles usually last from 3 to 20 min, depending on whether fresh or dried plant material is used and the amount of material being incorporated. The safety chamber will protect and store the trichomes, thus preventing them from spreading during the shaking process.
3. Filtering
Before starting the process it is important to prepare the collection tank with the selected micrometric mesh filter bags. Place them from smallest (bottom) to largest (top). Finally, allow the water to drain from the agitation tank into the collection tank.
4. Rinsing
Remove the filter bags and collect the filtered resin. Before doing so, the micro-mesh bags should be thoroughly rinsed with cold filtered or low EC content water to ensure maximum purity in the collection of cannabis resin.
5. Collecting and drying
Place the resin in the trays, making layers of hash as thin as possible to achieve a perfect drying result. Once prepared, it’s time for drying! You can do this manually or with a suitable freeze-dryer oven (recommended option as there is less risk of bacterial contamination, product oxidation and maximum preservation of cannabinoids and terpenes.).
